Spa Services for a Year Sweepstakes terms and conditions 1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit Capelo's Salon and pick up a referral card. Enter you name and contact information on the referral card and present this card to another person giving them $10.00 off their first visit. When referral card is presented for service the card will be entered into the drawing making the original referrer eligible for the Grand Prize. All referral cards must be used during the entry period. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. 2. PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) Grand Prize: Spa Services for 12 months. For 12 consecutive months winner will receive $50.00 in free services. Value must be used each month and cannot carry over,  prize value is for services only and not to be used for any products. Any value used over the $50.00 each month is the sole responsibility of the individual winner.  Maximum value of prize is $600.00. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance or use of any prize not specified herein as being awarded is the sole responsibility of the winner. 3. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: One (1) potential  winner will be determined in a random drawing after entry period from among all eligible entries received  in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the entire Entry Period. 4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning the Grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for the entire Entry Period. 5. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 16 years or older. All employees, and their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling or child or their respective spouses) or those residing in the same households of employees, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or to win a prize in this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 6. GENERAL: By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Capelo's Salon Inc., which are final and binding on all matters. Entry constitutes permission for Capelo's and its designees to use each winner's name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification and permission, except where prohibited by law. Capelo's Salon, Inc., subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising, promotion and production agencies, and all of the respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of the forgoing entities (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall have no liability and shall be held harmless for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Capelo's Salon, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violate these Official Rules, or act in a disruptive manner. In the event Sweepstakes is terminated, Capelo's Salon, Inc. reserves the right to award prize in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing up to time of such action.
